Berkhamsted Wedding Photographer
The historic market town of Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire is a beautiful place to get married. I have had the privilege of photographing lots of lovely couples saying their vows here, and at many beautiful venues in and around Berkhamsted and its surrounding countryside.
Berkhamsted Town Hall
This charming historic venue in the heart of the town is a Pike Photography favourite. With its elegant décor and versatile spaces, the iconic Berkhamsted Town Hall building provides the perfect setting for romantic weddings big or small.

Ashridge House
Once the royal residence to King Henry VIII and Princess Elizabeth I, wedding venues rarely come grander than Ashridge House near Berkhamsted. Gothic architecture, turreted façades and historic grounds, Ashridge House is a picturesque backdrop and then some!

His style of photography is amazing and got the perfect mixture of posed and natural shots. He has such a great attention to detail and captures such special moments you would want captured on your wedding day. Stephen made us feel so comfortable and at ease taking the couple shots which we worried we may find awkward. He was also approaching us throughout the day with ideas of photographs that would be good to take and took advantage of all the great places in our venue. A lot of people at the wedding also commented on what lovely, down to earth man Stephen is too. We haven’t stopped looking at all the photos since we received them, reliving every moment! Woodland Weddings
Lila’s Wood, located a few miles outside of Berkhamsted, is a beautiful boho outdoor wedding venue. Its secluded glen underneath the leafy canopy of birch trees is a magical place. It is always a treat to photograph wedding celebrations at Woodland Weddings!
“Stephen did our wedding in September and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
He arrived very early in the morning and spent a lot of time with the bridal party getting ready at the venue, then off to the church before everybody arrived, then back to the venue in time for our arrival as man and wife, he stayed long into the night in order to capture every element of our special day.
Nothing was too much trouble and for the most part of the day you wouldn’t have known he was even there.

De Vere Latimer Estate
Latimer House is an elegant country mansion with views out across the Chiltern Hills. Lovingly refurbished throughout, contemporary décor blends with Victorian architecture. Latimer Estate is an impressive wedding venue and it’s always great to photograph!
